Troubleshooting is designed to offer you a quick and effective way to solve problems.
Often, during website development or administration, a problem crops up that prevents you from completing the task at hand. This can be hugely frustrating, and site prebuilder knows that in these cases, finding a timely solution can be critical.
You should note that site prebuilder's troubleshooting should only really be used as a last resort. There are many excellent, completely free resources that you should try first. In fact, here's a quick process you should work through before utilizing troubleshooter:
- Scrutinize your problem - research any errors, backtrack, attempt to solve the issue yourself
- Consult any available documentation
- Visit the appropriate forum for support (i.e Drupal forums) - search for similar posted issues before posting your own
- Check bug lists for the appropriate software
- Get on Google and search for similar issues
If you cannot find what you need, then post the issue here. We'll pass it on to our panel of troubleshooters who'll respond. It is important that you:
Pick the first response that effectively answers your query or solves the problem.
That troubleshooter will be credited with the solution and paid accordingly. Remember that your chances of getting a quick, effective solution increase with the amount you offer.
